1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment only via Australian bank account deposit. No other payment methods are supported.
Internet banking transfers are accepted.
In-branch cash deposits are not supported.
Please ensure payment is made within 48 hours, or your order will be automatically cancelled.
2. How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped weekly using Australia Post Registered/Standard service with tracking.
Every parcel is packed discreetly, with no indication of contents.
A tracking number will be provided with your shipment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on Australia Post’s schedule.
3. Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes, we recommend selecting the insurance option at checkout (available in the postage drop-down menu).
If your parcel is lost in transit and you purchased insurance, we’ll reship your order free of charge.
However, we cannot reship if the tracking status says "delivered". In such cases, please contact Australia Post directly.
4. What if I provide the wrong address?
It is your responsibility to provide the correct name and address during checkout.
We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect delivery information. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
